Terms and Conditions
1. Resellers buy pre-paid blocks of service time at a wholesale rate. Anytime you need a BITS Tech or Developer simply submit a trouble ticket and our billable service time is deducted from your pre-paid block of time. Any equipment or third-party products ordered through BITS must be paid for before it can be processed. Resellers are responsible for billing their customers.
2. White Label Resellers must pay a initial $100.00 setup fee and maintain a minimum of 10 billable service hours per month.
